GPS raises funds in the best way we know — by asking everyone for help! We perpetually reach out to followers of the Spanish hound plight, dedicated donors, adopters, family members, spouses and even strangers on the street. Donations from individuals are what make us viable. This cause is not about us; it is about the saving of the galgos and podencos and promoting the message.

Donate to Our Monthly Grant Fund
We distribute monies monthly on a rotating basis to each of the seven groups we work with — Associación Protectora Argos, DdeVida, Galgos en Familia, Ibizan Hound Rescue, Little Pod Association and SOS Podencos. Click on the line, Rescue Groups, to read about the groups. Both one-off and recurrent tax-deductible payments are possible. Please make a notation in the "leave note for seller" field that your donation is for the Monthly Grant Fund.
Donate to The Rosa Project: Restoring Trust in Spanish Hounds, One Life at a Time
The Rosa Project is a joint venture between GPS, Reno veterinarian Chrysann Collatos and K9 Games Reno. The goal of the project is to bring up to four traumatized podencos (one at a time) from Spain to the US each year for rehabilitation in a positive training program. The program is tailored to individual dogs needs and slowly builds confidence and the joy of human interaction. Once it has been determined the dog is ready for a home, adoptions applications are taken. Donate to One of Our Seven Rescue Groups
Make a designated donation to one of our six rescue groups, you chose the amount and group. Please make a notation in the "leave note for seller" field with your rescue group choice.
Donate to Our Medical Emergency Fund
Help us take action and provide treatment for the dogs that need our help. All the groups exist on shoestring budgets — an unforeseen medical emergency can have catastrophic consequences to a dog needing help. Our goal is to accumulate funds for this purpose only. When timing is crucial, we'll be able to wire funds immediately. Please make a notation in the "leave note for seller" field that your donation is for the Medical Emergency Fund.
Donate Airlines Miles
A donation of airlines miles will help GPS to bring back a dog for our foster program. Flights are expensive and with the help of miles, we can bring back a dog that has not had a chance and put them in foster care while we promote for an adoption.
Volunteer to Be a Flight Patron
We are always on the look out for people will to fly to Madrid and accompany dogs back to the states. Additionally, if anyone is traveling to Spain on vacation and is willing to fly dogs back as excess baggage at no expense to them, we'd be very grateful.
